How It Works
Submit Your Property by October 18 at Midnight Fill out our short entry form to join the challenge.
Finalists Selected by Our Judges Based on creativity, Halloween spirit, and overall aesthetic. Number of finalists depends on total entries.
Professional Photos + A Pumpkin Delivery Finalists will be contacted for professional photography and videography (exterior only), and receive a pumpkin delivered by the Brissette Real Estate Team.
Voting Opens October 23 – October 31 at Midnight Finalists will be featured online & receive a lawn sign to showcase entry —get your community to vote on Facebook and Instagram!

Who Can Enter?
Anyone in Orleans, Ontario (as defined in the official contest rules) who is of legal age and owns or has permission to decorate their home.
All entries must:
Be submitted by October 18, with agreement to Full Contest Rules & Regulations
Place a lawn sign promoting the contest with voting instructions
